Depending on a few factors, like whether you are enrolled in TSA pre-check or traveling internationally, the TSA has some guidelines for travelers on when to arrive at the airport.

The standard rule of thumb has always been 2 hours and with COVID-19 and extra precaution measures, this is still a really, really good idea. However, you can shave half an hour off if you are enrolled in TSA pre-check. If you’re traveling internationally, the TSA now recommends arriving at the airport a solid 3 hours prior to your flight and this is especially true on your return flight due to customs pre-screening.
