American Airlines has extended change fee waivers to cover tickets purchased through June 30 for travel through Sept. 30. All tickets purchased during that period, including AAdvantage award tickets, can be changed for new tickets with travelers responsible only for paying the difference in fares. Travelers can change origin and destination cities on their tickets without penalty as well. Travel on the new tickets must be completed by Dec. 31, 2021.
