Points and miles provider RewardExpert identified the top midsize cities in which to host a meeting or corporate event in its annual Best Midsized American Cities for Business Meetings report. RewardExpert ranked U.S. cities that have between 10,000 and 300,000 residents based on weighted average scores covering affordability, safety, climate, commute, business atmosphere/economy development, events and the presence of restaurants, bars, hotels and shopping. The cost of living formed 50 percent of each city's score, and 19 other metrics factored in.
