Q: What got you interested in this role at AAA Corporate Travel?

I really enjoy working with a smaller group of executive travelers. It allows me to make sure they get awesome service from our team.

Q: Can you tell us about your background and experience?

After I finished travel school, I started at the Crowne Plaza in downtown Cincinnati, working at the front desk and as a concierge until I joined Provident Travel in 1997. I began as a front desk receptionist, then moved to processing and eventually became a corporate travel agent. I've done a bit of everything—worked in-house at different companies, been part of the after-hours team, handled corporate travel, and now I’m on the Executive Desk.

Q: Tell us something about yourself that people might not know.

I’m super passionate about dance and I hope to catch the Rockettes live in New York one day!

Q: How do you decide where to travel next?

My two daughters’ dance schedules usually dictate our vacation plans. This summer, we’re heading to Panama City Beach for Nationals, and that's going to be our summer getaway.

Q: Aisle or window seat—why?

Window for sure! I love taking in the views.

Q: Are you more of a cat person or a dog person?

I love both, but since my daughter Madison has a cat allergy, we have a tiny 6lb dog named Socks. She might be a little spoiled!

Q: Would you prefer pie or cake for a celebration, and what kind? 

Gluten-free chocolate cake, please!

Q: What's your favorite holiday or time of year and why?

I’m all about Fall. The leaves changing colors are gorgeous, and we go all out for Halloween!

Q: Which place surprised you with how magical it was? 

Hawaii definitely exceeded my expectations! I’ve been twice and even got married there.

Q: What’s your go-to coffee shop order?

I love Starbucks Refreshers! They definitely know me by name there.

Q: What song makes you want to roll down the window and sing along?

Any Taylor Swift song! We even got to go to two of her Eras Tour concerts.

Q: If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be?

Jesus.

Q: What’s your favorite travel keepsake? 

I collect a Christmas ornament from every place I visit. My favorite one is probably from Disney—it’s a beautiful glass ornament.
